Get to Know Jackie Mills

Jackie Mills believes that real estate is about more than property. It is about people, timing, and making decisions with confidence. Originally from North Carolina, he moved to Tennessee in 1998 and built his life here. Over time, Tennessee became home, shaped by community, opportunity, and connection.

After retiring from the Army following 25 years of service, with much of his career spent in Special Operations Aviation, Jackie transitioned into real estate with a clear focus. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions people make. His approach is straightforward. He listens carefully, communicates clearly, and keeps his clients informed every step of the way.

Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, relocating families, or investors, his goal is to make the process steady, informed, and manageable. Jackie brings the same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that defined his military career into every real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, Jackie enjoys hiking Tennessee trails, exploring small towns, and doing his best to keep his plants alive. He values family, integrity, and long-term relationships, and brings those same values into his work with clients.

Jackie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS®. He holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Home Finance Resource (HFR), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, which support his ability to guide clients through complex moves and financial decisions across a wide range of situations.
